I’m a licensed mental health counselor serving clients in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Since 2008, I’ve helped adults move through anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and trauma-informed - I’ll meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your story as we work together toward change. In therapy, we’ll explore how your past and present experiences shape how you feel and relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll build tools to manage heavy emotional burdens, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with your sense of self. You already hold the capacity for change - therapy is just where you rediscover it.
